Return Process

  Log into your account and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of delivery.

  Pack Securely

  Place the handbag in its original dust bag and box. Ensure the security tag remains intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will verify the item's condition. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
